Adding Guests to Reservation

We currently have reservations for a Grand Villa at the BWV in October . When we booked, only 5 of us are going. I just discovered we may have another 2 people joining us.
Will this be an issue? Is it as simple as just calling and adding the 2 others to the reservation?

Not an issue. Just call and add their names. I've actually added names at check in (we don't do dining plan).

if your on the dinning plan your xtra guests will need to be added too. (I believe)

We have even added guest to our 2 bedroom several days after we checked in when my brother was able to make down from Atlanta and I added him and my niece and nephew - no problem.

If you do not add your guests, they would not receive resort ID's. This means they would not have access to EMH at the parks, Magical Express, and some of the other resort perks, like fitness center entry, OKW requires ID to check out towels, Community Hall recreational checkouts, DVD rentals etc.
