Adding guests after reservation

My husband and I are staying at POFQ in January for about 10 days. My mom has had a rough year so I just invited her along. She will only be staying for 3 nights max. We will be driving, she would be flying. What do I need to know about adding her to our reservation? Would she be able to do magical express? I'm not too worried about FP or dining, we would be taking it slow and won't want anything hard to get.

You can call and have her added pretty easily. There will be an extra adult charge per night, however.

If she will be arriving after you, you can add her at check in and then arrange DME transportation for her. You can add her now as the pp suggested, but you will incur the extra adult fee for all 10 nights. Also, if you have a package, she will have to have the same package components as you and your husband. If you wait to add her when you arrive, the fee will only be charged for the nights she's there and she won't have to have the same package components.
