Adding DVC to Poly or GF

Hi everyone,

I have heard people mention that there is no room to add a DVC to either the Poly or Grand Floridian. I would tend to agree based on the land currently avaliable. My question is why can they just fill in along the lake shore? They do this all over the country when they need more space. I know that there may be some "Environmental" concerns, but that lake has been changed so much from it's original state, that I should not really be considered pristine habitat anyway.
They still do stuff like that here in California (and it's the wacko environmentalist capitol of the world).

I have heard (from the RADP board) that there are plans drawn up for DVC at all resorts (not sure if that was just deluxe or not). I belive it was stated that the GF had a DVC on the otherside of the monorail. I think the poly may have had it in place of the luau (sp?) cove. This came from a good source but are rumour and old plans.
