Adding Dining Plan for reservations in 2015

Hi everyone! I just rented some points and the renter wants to add the dining plan. I've never done the dining plan before, so I have a few questions. I appreciate any help you can give!

1 - The reservation begins in January of 2015. Right now it says "Dining Plans Currently Not Offered" on the travel plan details page. Is that because the reservation is in 2015 and pricing hasn't been released yet? Any ideas when this should be announced? Will there be a link for me to click to add this once the 2015 rates are available?

2 - I looked under the Dining Reservations thread and found where they quoted the 2014 rates. Does anyone know if these rates include sales tax, or is that an additional charge?

You could call MS and see if they can add it. PDF versions of the 2015 plan brochures were on the member website for a brief period of time.

The price shown is what you pay. If there is any sales tax, it's already built in to the price.
