Adding DDP link gone

I was waiting for closer to our trip to add he DDP (works out to be financially better for us this trip over OOP).

Just as I was about to add it, the link to add it is gone. I don’t see it when I look under my confirmed reservations on the DVC member site. Am I too late? It was there last week. Just over a month away from our trip.

Ya so, apparently I stink. I was trying to add it from my phone. Apparently that link doesn't work on a phone (Safari and Chrome) browser?

I added it via my laptop just fine. Feel like a noob for not knowing.

Speaking of IT issues...the other day I changed dates on a dining reservation online. One page showed the correct new info, the rest of the pages showed the old info. I called dining, was on hold like 30 minutes. They had the correct info in their system. The webpage did not fully update until the next day, even though I logged off and back on several times and tried refreshing the pages.

Yeah. I have an ADR that is 4 online and 5 in the app. I have no idea.

Coming from experience in the industry, its outrageous to see how often issues like this happen. How does this pass QA?
