Adding days to your tickets when checking in?

We have a MYW package with 2 day base tickets for all four of us. We are planning on using our left over tickets from our last trip. But, skipping the story, my dd has one day less than the rest of us.

When buying the package everyone has to have the same number of days/tickets, but can you add a day for one person when you check in? Or will I have to just buy the ticket seperately?

If so, anyone know what the AAA price is there? (We are already members) Thank you for your help!

I know, I was just asking if anyone knows their prices...in case I cannot add a day upon check in.

Yes, you can...we just got back from a Thanksgiving trip to the Dolphin and we added days to our MYW tickets. You can do it at guest relations located at the entrance to the parks or at downtown disney. You can't do it at your resort, although they can give you the information on it. It has to be an upgrade (adding days, water parks, annual pass) and it only works if you have purchased less than the max of 10 days. Hope that helps! :goodvibes

While you may have received an AAA discount when you booked the package, adding more days at Guest Relations costs the same regardless of where you booked the (regular MYW) tickets originally or how much you paid for them in advance.

It is probably cheaper to add more days and non-expiration to the current tickets to completely cover this vacation and more, and save the leftovers from both this vacation and the last vacation for some future leftovers-only vacation.

When we went in October, my youngest son was in my parent's room...just for body count. He only had a two day PH...so we could get the dining plan, and my parents only wanted to go in the parks two days. The rest of our gang had 6 dayPHNX. I went to the desk at the AKL and easily upgraded his ticket only to a 6 dayPHNX. My parents kept theirs as was :goodvibes .

Thank you that helps :)

My AAA question was asked just in case I could not upgrade the one ticket.

Thanks again for your help!!
