Is Disneyland like WDW in that you can add days to a ticket? We are going next month tagging onto a work trip for DH. If he can finish inventory early he might join me at the parks for dinner and to see Paint the Night if we can do this. Thanks!

Yes, you can add days to most tickets (check the fine print to make sure the tickets you have are eligible for upgrades) as long as the ticket is still valid. Just note that they don't often "bridge" the value of the ticket, so plan to play the full difference between the price you paid for the ticket and the gate price of the ticket you want.

Yes you can as long as you haven't finished using them (e.g. you have 3 day tickets, you can go up until the box office closes on your 3rd day to add on additional days, but you cannot go back in the morning on the 4th day for the upgrade). And as the PP stated, if you got your ticket at a discount, you will have to first pay to bring that ticket up to the box office price and then pay for the upgrade.

You can't add days if you already have a 5-day ticket, though, or if the number of days you want to add brings your ticket to more than 5. Max # is 5 days total.

Except us lucky Aussies...we are able to get a 10 day ticket...still can't believe USA are limited to 5 days only
