Does anyone know if it is posible to add concierge to a WLV 2 bedroom booked with points? We've done the concierge at WL before and enjoyed the breakfast and help with reservations. If I contacted the concierge would they know, or should I call the front desk at WL. Thanks for the help. Beth

Are you paying with cash for your stay?

I just don't think they will do it and if they did I think it would only be for people paying cash because that room wouldn't be out of the DVC inventory.

Why not call and ask.

Let us know what they say.

Weather you are paying cash or points concierge is only available to concierge level rooms at the WL. No DVC resorts have concierge. Have a great trip.

I thought I remembered a post here of someone who had a 2 bedroom paying for the concierge service and getting a separate card to access 7th floor, maybe I was mistaken.

WL is known for letting people add concierge service for a certain price if it is available. You don't have to stay on the concierge level to get the service. We booked it last year and upon arrival asked to be in a room on the 2nd floor because 7 was too high for me  and my children.

Because the check-in for the Lodge and the Villas is at the same place it seemed like valid question to ask. If someone adds it on at check-in after they are offered it it appears on the bill as an "upsell" and you pay a nightly rate of a certain amount which gets added onto your bill in one lump sum. So, you kind of wonder if they can add X amount of dollars to anyones bill that takes the concierge upgrade then why wouldn't they be able to add it to a villa bill if you were paying cash.

I still believe they will tell you no because they'll say then everyone will want to start doing it or something but I still would ask. I would only ask if paying cash though.

It is nice to have the lounge area for snacks and such. :D

Not sure about the "points" aspect of the question, however, a few years back someone had paid cash for a two-bedroom BWV room and they added the Grand Plan to it. If I remember correctly, they could use the concierge lounge in the BWI side of the resort complex. That was a few years ago and everything Disney is subject to change without notice at any time. However, as the others have stated, it never hurts to ask. You'll either be told "yes" or "no," and either way, I am sure your VWL stay will be nice. Have a great vacation.
