Adding another person to existing booking!

Hi everyone and a very happy Easter

We are off to WDW in October and have booked with VA. My grandaughter now wants to come with us and I wondered if anyone can tell me whether I can add her to our existing booking or if she will need a completely new one. I find speaking to VA's indian office extremely difficult!!!

Any assistance will be gratefully received.

hi we added my mum a few weeks ago to our VH - she is sharing all of our accomodation (we are luckily staying in hotels that sleep 5), but we booked her a seperate flight through VA - VH didn't have availability for her to fly out with us, but VA did so we were quite lucky!!

Have you just booked the flight with Virgin Atlantic? If yes it is easier just to book another flight online than talk to the call centre. If the accomodation you have booked allows another person then there is no problem or extra costs.

If the booking is with Virgin Holidays for flights & accomodation then you will have to phone their call centre as your existing booking will have to be changed.

I did this several years ago (before indian call centre) when my daughter's new boyfriend wanted to join our holiday. He had to book a seperate room though as the occupants of our rooms were full. Cost him a fortune due to single supplement, but it was his choice.

Thanks very much for your replies - they were a great help. We are staying in a villa (booked privately) so accommodation is no problem. I will try and book her separately then on-line. Once again many thanks
