Adding an Extra Person to Package?

We may be adding an extra person to our WDW package (it's DS BFF)
Do I have up until I pay off the total for trip to add him (45 days before trip)
for him to be part of our package?
Just want to have an answer for his Parents so they can decide "Yes" or No".
I will be adding him to our ADRs just incase he does come and if he doesn't
I will take him off ADRs before we go.

You can actually add him up until about 72 hours before you arrive. You just have to pay the difference between the old and new price at the time you add him (if it's less than 45 days) I recently did this myself and had no issues.

Thanks, that's what I was hoping but I know I will have a definate
answer from the parents before then. The parents are excited that
we asked if he would like to go along with us. I wasn't sure if they
would like the idea because he would have to miss some school.
We're hoping it will workout.
