Adding an extra day to hotel stay

Hi!

This is my first time traveling to Disney in over 25 years. I have booked a package with ticket/room through Costco travel. I want to add a day to our hotel stay. We are staying at Port Orleans Riverside. Unfortunately, I can't book the room through Costco (it's showing no availability) But there is availability on the Disney site. Can I just book that extra day on the Disney site?

I don't see why not. Then you can call Disney reservations, give them both confirmation numbers, and ask them to note them as a "continuing stay" so that you (probably) won't have to change rooms.

Just make sure to book the same room type. If not, you will almost certainly have to move for that last night.
