Adding an adult at Check-In + a couple more questions

We've a room booked at RPH and we'll have three adults. I'm looking at my confirmation and can't see if our reservation is for two or three adults, but it does show AAA rate and 2 Queens. I have a couple different hotel reservations for that week and know one was made for 3 adults and one for 2 adults, but can't remember which is which.

I'm guessing it's simple to add that third or fourth person at check-in? Or will it matter?

Also, does anyone know of a site showing updated Universal menus with prices? Last I checked AllEars, they were a couple years out of date.

Finally, does Mythos give a AAA discount?

We're looking forward to our first resort visit to Universal! I checked the park hours this week and was a little annoyed to see they're only 9-6 the days we'll be there, but that gives us more time to check out CityWalk.

Edit to ask: How far is parking from RPH lobby? How much time should we allow to check out, throw our overnight bags in the car, and head to the park?

It is easy to add but costs you $25 per extra adult. Parking is across the street from the hotel -- maybe 2 or 3 minute walk depending on how full the lot is. It is about the same as at most hotels.

Mythos does give AAA discounts.

You have to list the amount of people in the room and give their names and ages, which go on the room keys. So a 35-year old could technically get a key without paying extra but then they have to hope that when 3 of you are getting scanned at a ride the TM doesn't notice that it says Child on the key.

they dont ask to "see" in person everyone listed in the room. there could be 3 adults and 2 kids but at check-in you just say there are 2 adults and 3 kids (which the age for kids is 17 and under). as for the adult getting scanned on the ride?,,,who says he has to even ride?

With them now scanning the key cards I would be leary of trying to go around the system to much. Now if that person plans to not ride anything on express, does not want to go into WWOHP for the extra morning hour then I could say that yes you could get around paying that extra $25.

My sister lost her layard on the Mummy of course and since we did not want to go back to the hotel she used my keycard and then I used it after she was off the ride (we had a baby so this was fine) They didn't question it at any of the 3 rides we did that way.
