Hi, I have been trying to figure out how to do this and I am stumped. I pulled up my reservations on line and I do not see a place to add allergy information. Do I need to call the dining line? TIA!

You can definitely add the allergy on line. I did this for all of my ADRs this summer. I don't recall the exact place, but it was after you chose the time there was some place towards the bottom to check off re: allergies. It has to be put in before you submit the reservation though.

If you did not add the food allergy info when you made the ADR, then, yes, you will have to call Dining to add the info.

Did you also complete the food allergy dining request form & submit it to the Special Diets staff? It is a form they have you fill out... you list the food allergies and all of your ADRs... they then use this to notify the chefs in advance. When you request the form, the Special Diets staff will also e-mail you all kinds of information about allergy-free products and where to find them throughout WDW... VERY helpful info!

Hope that helps, neighbor (I'm just up the road from you in Lombard!). If you have more questions, I'm happy to help. My 2-yr-old son is allergic to diary, soy, eggs, peanuts & tree nuts, oats, barley, wheat and rye. My 4-yr-old son is on a casein/dairy-free and gluten-free diet. We have found the WDW Special Diets staff VERY helpful.

Thank you for your reply. In my rush to snag the reservations I am sure I didn't include the allergy info on all of them. I was hoping that I could add it online after the fact but I guess I can call.

Thanks! :)

Thank you so much for the info - I had no idea there is a special form to fill out. We leave in a week so I better get on the ball and call today.

My FIL lives in Lombard! It really is a Small World afterall. :rotfl2:
