Adding airfare to Disney package?

Not sure if this is the right place for this question.......

I booked our package through Disney for Feb. Can I call and add the airfare onto the package now or did I have to do it right when I signed up online?

Figuring it will be easier to have it all together as a package and the prices for flights aren't too bad.

I would never have Disney book my airfare. When we have looked into it for our cruise the prices were more expensive, and I want to choose my flight times.

You can add it at any time, just call WDW and they will give you the different flight times they have.

You can add it through Disney at any time -- although their reservation system is currently off line until sometime tomorrow.

However there really isn't any advantage by having Disney add it. Personally I think you would do better to purchase it yourself directly through the airline.

I had Disney book my airfare the first few years, and it was never non-stop; always had a layover.

I started doing it myself and I get the flights I want and they are always non-stop.

For our March trip I added the airfare. It was the exact same price, for the same non-stop JetBlue flights. I just thought it was nice and tidy to have them all in one reservation.

If I may, I have a question tho. When do I get the confirmation from JetBlue, or do I just check-in at the airport?

YES! I booked/added our airfare. It is very simple, and we did it that way to get the 0% on our Disney Visa.

This is what you do:
Find your preferred carrier/flight/times (note the price)
Call Disney and ask them to add "the carrier with the flight/time you want"
The price should be exactly the same!

We did this without any problems, and will do it again.
They will even assign your seats if you want, or if you prefer you can do it later online yourself.
