adding a person to your fastpass and hotel reservation

my sister in law is letting my DD and I use her dvc points for a short stay feb 10-13 at OKW. My husband is now going so he was not on the original reservation. Disney will not allow me to add him as I am not the member. After multiple emails my sister inlaw still has not added my husband. I know she is busy but jeesh.. this is important as I have to try to change fast passes once he is on the reservation so all 3 of us can ride together.. Does Disney ever let a non member add a person.. and what to do once he is on for our fast passes. when I call to buy his ticket to get it linked to ours can they help with fast passes. I know I am grateful for her help but I don't think she understands the new fast pass system.. they have a member ship but never ever use it...

Your husband doesn't have to be on the room reservation to schedule FPs for him. Add him to your MDE account and buy a ticket for him. As soon as the ticket is linked to him in MDE, you can book FPs for him or Copy one of your FPs to him.

It's the ticket entitlements that allow FPs - not a room reservation.
