If we wanted to add another person to our 4/3 reservation, would this need to be done before March 29, the last day to book this deal? Or could we add someone later? Or if we added them now could we later take them off if they are unable to come? Would there be any penalties? Would this just be a modification of our ressie? Thanks!

Anything can be changed except the room/resort and the dates. You can add or remove people, change the tickets, dining, ME, etc.

I may be doing the same thing. The CM told me I could add a person with no penalty right up to the time but that if I subtracted anyone there would be a fee once I hit the 45 day mark.

Thanks for the replies - I actually called already and was told to wait until we knew for sure that she would be able to come before adding her. I made the point to ask if it had to be done before March 29 and the CM assured me that it could be done later. If our friend were to come she would come down a few days after us and the CM did say she would still need the same tickets as us which I wasn't sure about.

Does she need all the same components as everyone else, since she is arriving later? I've heard of people checking in and getting their tickets and dining, and then adding a late arrival as just an extra adult in the room, with no tickets or dining or anything, just a room key. Then that person was responsible for getting their own ticket and food. Do they still do that? Otherwise, you're either paying for dining and ticket time she won't be using, or getting everyone in the group less ticket days than they need, and upgrading all of them but hers.

When I called to ask I was told she would need to get 10 days tickets because that is what we have. We are not getting the DDP. I would love to be able to add her later as just an adult in the room and let her buy tickets then. But the difference between a 4 day ticket (what she would need) and a 10 day ticket is only $20. I also mentioned to her the possibility of adding non-expiration because she will most definitely go back in a few years with her brother's family and that would give her tickets for that trip. I also want to ensure that she can use ME for both arrival and departure, being that she will be travelling on different days from us.
