My parents decided they want to travel w/us to WDW for my 4-day b-day trip next month. My first reaction? Call CRO to check if we can add two more to my carefully scheduled ADRs!!!! I was able to add two more and just change the times by 10-15 min, but Ohana I could only add one. Right now we are a party of three for the ADR at the time we want. The CM said to keep calling back to see if any other times open up (9:30 was the only other time available). I will do this, but my question is, if we show up early and mention we have to add one more, will this be bad or can we maybe get away with it. I'm trying to think of the table set up there and I know that most of the table sit 2-3 by the windows and 2-4 that are away from the windows. Any thoughts or prior experiences will be helpful! Thanks!

I'm having the same issues with all of my ADRs. Here's a link to the thread where some have replied to the very same question.

Most people are saying they've seen people turned away when showing up with another person.

In your case, I can't even picture a table that accomodates only 3 and not 4. Maybe someone else could provide some insight.

At Ohana's, they have tables that only seat 3 people. They are usually next to the windows or the walkway. The tables are a little larger than 2 person tables and they have a 3rd chair on the side. There isn't much room so adding a 4th person there is practically impossible.
