Adding a person to a ressie

Hypo:
Family of 4 has a ressie for AKV, 1 BR.
They want to add grandma to the ressie.
The family has AP's
Is it easy to add a person to the ressie?
Is there a deadline?
Can 1 person buy park tickets seperately?
How does the dining plan work if you add another
person?

Hypo:
Family of 4 has a ressie for AKV, 1 BR.
They want to add grandma to the ressie.

At Jambo House all 1 bedrooms except Value sleep 5, at Kidani Village all 1 bedrooms sleep 5 and have extra full bathroom too off living room area.



The family has AP's

Grandma does not need AP; she may purchase any type of ticket she would like



Is it easy to add a person to the ressie?

Just call MS to add.


Is there a deadline?

Best to call before MS before check-in date. I'm not sure that you can walk up to check-in desk and add her right then, I do think I may remember reading a post that they did this.


Can 1 person buy park tickets seperately?

Yes they may.


How does the dining plan work if you add another
person?

Any person listed on the reservation must purchase dining plan for entire length of reservation; it doesn't matter if they are only staying part of the time they would still need to purchase plan for total number of nights of the reservation.

You'll need to call MS at least 48 hours ahead of time to add Grandma to the room list if you are on the dining plan and want her on the plan too. If you have a Value villa, you won't be able to add her.

We have never had a problem adding extra guests at the time of check-in or even after. as long as you are within the allowable number of guests in that sized room.

I just added 2 additional guests this last weeknd at BW. bringing our total number to 4 registered guests.

I have no idea about dining plans though.
