Adding a guest

I don't think you can, at least I have never been able to do it. You need to call MS. The only other option would be to cancel and rebook but that can be a problem for a variety of reasons.

As the PP said, you can't do this on line "immediately" however, if you don't want to wait holding to talk to DVC MS (which these days can be a min of 20 - 25 min wait) to make the name change on your reservation, you can send an email request and DVC MS will make the change and email you back when it has been completed.

The email process is slow. I recently did this and it took about 2 weeks for this request to be completed.

If you have any type of urgency to the change DVC MS is the way to go.

Wow, looks like they took CM's off the correspondence team and put them on the phones.

Normally the email processing time is a couple of days.

I have always added or deleted a name via email, and it has not taken that long.
 
If you want something other than a gray magic band, email MS with the name of your addition. If a gray band works, add them when you get there.

I just added my son to our upcoming reservation by email and it took about a week. He might be bringing a friend, so we'll do another email request.
 
I sent an email adding a request last Tuesday night and have not heard anything. That's unusual, usually it's 2 or 3 days.
 
OP, as long as there is no rush then email should be fine. I was coming up to the 60 day window for Fast Pass and needed to get kids added to the reservation so I couldn't wait when I got no response after a week.
