Hello! I am planning on going to Disney June 2010 (late June). I was wondering if I booked my ressie now, if I get a coupon code of some sort, would I be able to add it and apply it later??

Are there normally coupon codes for the last week in June? It is not 4th of July week...

Basically, should I book now or wait???

Thanks!

Megan

Where is everyone getting these pins? I'd love to tack one on if permissable.

I don't know...I think they are mailed to emailed to specific (random) people.

I would like to book now...only if I can apply a coupon code later (IF I get one).

Anyone know if you can?

Yes you can - as long as the code you get has availability for the date's you have booked.

Yes, I modified my reservations before without any problems :goodvibes Just try to call as soon as you get a pin or if any good deals come out

Last year I booked around now for my June trip with at least a AAA discount. You should do that if you have AAA, and IMO it's worth getting it just for that purpose, you definetly get your money back. Anyway, later in the year they came out with the 4-3 deal and so I called and it turned out to be a good deal cheaper and they re did my ressie for that no prob. However, the key is to call early on everything because many times they only have so many packages or rooms discounted at that rate and you want to get in. I will be booking my Aug. trip next month with the AAA so I at least stand the chance of getting that. (Would do it now, but work schedule won't be out till then). You should still be fine right now for June, but I wouldn't wait. And if you see a discount, call immediately.

It depends on whether a moderate, deluxe, etc.,
One source states it at 10-20 percent.
If I remember it correctly, it's like 10% for value, 15% for moderate and 20% for deluxe.
I know when I book for a week it's always like a 200 savings over the week, which makes up for the $51.00 membership.
You just have to inquire when you book. If you're on the fence about whether to buy the AAA or not, you could call reservations and ask for a AAA rate and then either say you'll call back when you have your card handy if they need proof then and there. Bear in mind there are only so many available at that rate.
I have always been able to book at AAA rate. But, like I say, I then modified it and saved even more when the 4-3 came out. I don't feel my card was a loss however, as I have used it for other things. For example, when we checked into our hotels on the way down and back. Security in our trip travels. If you go to Sea World I believe there is a discount there as well.
