Adding a day to tickets....

We are AP holders traveling with a friend who purchased a 10 day park hopper, we will be in the World for 12 nights...is there a way to add two more days to the 10 day ticket? Does this require a simple phone call??

There is no way to add 2 more days to a 10 day ticket any more. They use to let you go up to 14 but I haven't seen that as an option for US ticketing in awhile. Now they make you go straight to AP or buy a separate 2 day ticket.

There are some WDW tickets offered internationally (UK for example) that can go longer than 10 days, but for US, it's 10 days max. As wilkeliza noted, their options are buying an AP, buying a separate 2 day ticket, not visiting the parks for two of their days or adding the WPF&M option and going to a water park on a few of their days to fill in the park day gaps.
