We have our PS for Chief Mickey's in Sept. for the 6 of us, but now another DGS is going to go to WDW with us :D He is 4, do I need to call and ask them to add one more to our PS, or will it be o.k. to just bring him along ;)

Ok dont tell mickey we did this.....

once upon a time we had a ps for 4 (including one in a highchair). When my brother decided to join us we showed up and said our ps was for 4 plus a high chair. They made room without question.

i dont know how this would work with someone not in a highchair though. The problem is the 7th might change the table situation. Call and ask. if they already have you at 2 tables beause the biggest table is a 4top, then you might not have any trouble at all. call and ask and if they say it is a problem tell them you want to keep it and someone will stay home. then you can take your chances at meal time.

I don't think it would be a problem, but I would call and change it. We have had 6 at one table before. 4 adults and 2 children.

it sounds like you can't seat more then six people at a table at Chef Mickey's. What do they do for large parties? We have a party of thirteen on 8/24. I assumemed we'd all be sitting together.

Far a party that large they will generally have you at multiple tables next to each other. We have done Chef Mickey's with a large party and they pulled tables together (there were 10 of us) It was nice to all be together, but separate tables would have allowed more room for character interaction--the ones in the back against the wall weren't able to get out to the characters well.

Thanks all for the advise. The youngest DGS is will be turning 3 in August so we can just put him in a highchair. That way we can all sit at a table for 6, we will also be celebrating a Birthday for our DGS who will be 6 so we want the characters to be able to interact with all the tots :teeth:
