Adding a character meal over the phone

Hey guys!

Im just wondering, I want to add on a character breakfast/lunch to our reservation.
When I phone Disney (whom our package is with) what info do I need to have ready? OR what will they ask for?

Is it a confirmation number or do they just ask for name and address?

I seem to remember being asked for the reservation number, but I could be wrong I had everything to hand before I rang.

Hi, I recently added a princess lunch to our trip and they asked for the Booking No (and possibly the hotel I was staying in?).

It was very simple to do and they were extremely helpful.

We've added things recently and did it all with the booking number. They also emailed me an updated confirmation with the new stuff on it pretty quickly.
