Adding a celebration to reservation

So this is my first time making the reservations on my own and my first solo trip! I usually go with my parents who have DVC, so this time I'm doing everything. I'm already booked for POP for 3days/4nights and I am trying to figure out how to add that I am celebrating something to my reservation. Do I have to do online check in order to add it or do I have to call? Also if I have requests for room location, etc is that only done through online check in? (This is my first time doing online check in too)

Call with your reservation number and add your celebration and requests. It's EASY to do this way! Enjoy your solo trip!
