We are considering adding two nights on to our April Disney cruise. We would arrive Saturday afternoon/evening, go to EPCOT on Sunday, and leave for our cruise Monday morning. We stayed at POR last trip and loved it, but it seems a lot more expensive for a quick stay. All Star sports is the the cheapest at $147, All Star Movies is $164 and AOA is $194. Which would you choose? The pool is important and comfort of the room (I know these will not be at the level of POR since its a different category...) Are they all equally close to EPCOT? Are there ever "deals" available on shorter stays like this?

I am guessing your stay is near Easter. Those will be expensive dates.

The room at AoA - is it the Little Mermaid room or one of the Suites ( Lion King, Cars or Nemo sections ). If it's the Suite then my choice would be AoA. The rooms are a bit bigger that offer a small sitting area. They also have a microwave in the rooms. It the pricing is for the Mermaid rooms, I think I'd still go with AoA but be forewarned that the Mermaid rooms are towards the back of the resort and can be quite a walk from the buses and main areas of the resort.

Yes, its for the little mermaid room

Deals really have no bearing on how short or long your stay is. When promos are released, you simply need to get on the website or call and see if anything is in the discount inventory for your dates. If you are flexible with resorts and room categories, you may be able to find something at a discount.

Edited to add: the AoA Little Mermaid rooms are typically excluded from discounts if that makes a difference in your planning. I would prefer POP to any of the resorts you mentioned, but perhaps it's not showing availability?
