adding 1 to reservation?

When we made our reservations a few weeks ago there wasn't much to choose from we are going Aug 20. We did get a few that we wanted. However now my mom is joining us. All our ressies are for 5 me, DH, DS(4), DS(2), and DS(1) infant needs a highchair. I am wondering if I call will I be able to add my mom to these with no issues? When I try and book online again NOTHING is available? I am wondering if we don't need to change anything since DS(1) is an infant and will be using a highchair instead of a chair?

They same thing happened to us. I re-booked all but one on-line with the additional person. You can also call and try to do it over the phone. I wnet from 5 to 6 , since we decided to take my neice. We are heading down in a few weeks too, and I was able to re-book all but 1. I had to keep trying and I would catch one reteraunt one day and another one on a different day.

Even though it is a high chair, it will impact since due to fire regulations, there are certain areas that they cannot put highchairs, and they still need a place to put the high chair. I would try my hardest to get what you can re-booked; anything else show up and tell them you have 6. Most places should be ok.

Just got off the phone with Disney Dinning, she tried to change the res but wasn't successful. But she did say it wouldn't be an issue since they think there are 5 adults in the party. Not knowing the infant needs a highchair. She said there would be no problem just pulling up the highchair to the table adn using the seats for the 5 of us that need them.

We only have 3 ressies for the week since we have QSDP so it shouldn't be an issue at all.
