Good Evening!
We have a party of 12 going to Hoop Dee Doo next month. Flights got changed and another member of our party is now able to join us. I have been trying to add them to the reservation with no luck. The CM's on the phone have told me to keep trying and hope for an opening closer to the date (which I will continue to do).
I also had the CM's search for a reservation for 1 person, rather than modifying the existing reservation. They are currently showing no availability for Category 1 (which is where the rest of us are reserved) but availability in Category 3. Since there is different pricing for the different seating areas, I don't want to book the Category 3 and have one person stuck upstairs alone.
Has anyone has a similar experience? Any luck getting that extra person added?
