Addicted To Sonic.....

We have three sonics within a 4 mile radius of our house.....dangerous.....My family loves the brown bag specials with #1 burgers, fries and soda, with an extra side of onion rings....
The slushes are also a fav on a hot summer day....
One thing I have noticed lately at all three of the sonics is....they are getting very slow delivering the food after ordering....I seem to remember they use to have a time frame or you would get something off of your bill....but I dont see the sign anymore....
I have a ?? ......do you all tip the carhop? I usually do especially if it is a food order....My teen dd has friends that have worked there and the carhops do get min. wage or better so it isn't like a waitress in a restaurant that gets only a couple $$ an hour therefor counting on tips.

I miss Sonic... As far as I know, there isn't one near me here in the far north 'burbs of Chicago. When we lived in Virginia, I was obsessed!!! DH and I were constantly making a Sonic run to get their limeade. Yummmm! Sonic is a nother reason I am looking forward to moving to Jacksonville. I know they have one there!

Love Sonic, but can only get to them when we do road trips south. Here's hoping they get to the Chicago area soon.

I hate their food, but until I moved to California two months ago, I would get a Route 44 Lemon Berry Slush every day during the summer, there are none here were I'm staying right now, but were I'm moving to they have a few, I can't wait for another Lemon Berry Slush!!!!

My guilty pleasure is a Route 44 Cherry Limeade and large cheese tots. YUM

Their burgers are pretty good, too!

We have to travel around 50 miles each way to our nearest Sonic but it's so worth the drive.

We take a long time deciding what to have as everything looks good. Love the Route 44 limeades.
