Added a small contract at BWV

Well I did it! Pulled the trigger on a 25 point Boardwalk contract that just hit the Timeshare Store yesterday. Very impulsive of me, but I've always wanted a few Boardwalk points. I know it's only 2 1/2 nights in a Standard studio during Food and Wine, but at least it's a Boardwalk beginning. And I put DD on the contract. Birthday present for her.

BWV F&W goes fast, book early, I waited too long yet again this year & now have split stay elsewhere

we recently added on small @ AK to get the home window for the lower priced value studios.

That's a great add-on contract, that's our home resort and would love to have more points. Do you mind my asking what you paid per point? I know it's higher for the smaller contracts. Thanks in advance.

It was expensive $109, with all points for 2015 going forward. There was another, already sale pending at $103, stripped to 7 points for 2015 for $103. I didn't even dicker, just told Jason I would buy the contract, since those small contracts are so rare. I'd really been looking for 50 points, but figure I can bank and borrow, and maybe even add on.

We own at SSR and AKV and our first stay back in 2004 was at BWV. We may have stayed there more than anywhere else, although we have stayed at all the East Coast DVCs. I also have promised my oldest CA nephew 2 nights in Grand Californian for his college graduation present! Of course we get to go to that too
