I just got some great info from this board!

I found out that Chef Mickey's, Narcoossee's and Citricos are all doing a 1 TS lunch during free DDP!

Just called to try getting a 1 TS Citricos or Narcoossee's with no luck. The CM said there was no such thing. Can anyone confirm actually having a reservation like that?

I have a Chef Mickey's lunch ADR, so I know that one exists.

My point was that Chef Mickey's does NOT do lunch during non-free-DDP times.

I also heard Citricos will also be serving lunch. Not sure it free DDP related though. I heard they were doing this because GF Cafe will not be serving lunch from July to October while they use this location for the 1900 PF. Not sure about how many credits it will be or the menu, but some suggest the menu will be the same as the GF Cafe lunch menu.

I just booked Citricos for lunch and confirmed with the CM that it is 1TS credit. My ADR is 1pm on August 28. I also inquired about Narcoosee's and was told that they weren't showing any lunches being served during my dates. I also don't know what the menu will be.

Alright its a bit tricky, but here is the DEAL

The Grand Floridian Cafe's menu will be served in Citricos' space. This is to accomodate guests during the renovation of 1900 Park Fare.

GF Cafe is a 1TS restaurant so this lunch is also 1TS.

I made an ADR. We'll see if we keep it or give it up for another guest to use. It would be convenient for us because we'll be at MK for LOMH early and won't get much of a breakfast, so a solid lunch in AC would be nice. Also we are doing a CS dinner prior to our P&P party that night, a long day. We'll swim and nap after lunch!

Any reviews on the lunch at the GF Cafe? My guess is at the Grand Floridian it has to me pretty good!

Lunch has only been served at CM for free dining on select days for a couple of years, so I imagine not as many people would have gone there for lunch.

I'm sure the lunch menu will probably be like the dinner menu, with just a few slight differences.

I would imagine that like the other character lunches (CP and H&V) , they'll have a nice salad bar, hot entrees similar to what they serve for dinner, but without the prime rib.

Also at CP and H&V they have lunchmeats for sandwiches at lunchtime as well, so maybe CM will have them too.
