Add the no expire option

Hey-
How does one add the no expire option to tickets? I have tickets from UCT.

my understanding is that you have to do this at one of the ticket booths within the first few days you use the ticket.

I think it's the standard upgrade time frame. Ticket can't be upgraded once it's expired. Which is 14 days after 1st use or once all the entitlements are used.
