Add Preferences without Calling

I was playing around on the website and was wondering if I could add my building preference at SSR online instead of calling. We're staying there so we can hang out at DTD so I was hoping to stay at Congress Park! However, I'm sure we will regret this when we're hobbling back to the room after Disney's W&D!

You can do this during OnLine checkin, but there will be actual choices to choose from. I think Congress Park is in the options though, not sure.

A more flexible way is to email MS about your request.

Email MS using the contact form on the member website. Provide the travel plan number and your request.
