Add on with new contract ending date?

If we do an add on to BCV once SSR starts selling, will the price per point be the same as SSR and if so will the add on at BCV have the longer contract ending date as well? Thoughts?

No SSR will cost more and have a longer ending date - plus it is not near any of the WDW theme parks. they had to give it a longer date to be able to sell it.

if you want BCV go buy it now - it will probably sell out quickly.

Doesn't DVC buy back contarcts to be able to offer DVc members points when they want to add on? Thus the waitlist when a DVC resort is sold out? Curious then as to how they woudl handle the sale of this kind of add on once SSR sales begin with the new price and contract ending date...

Think they'll offer any kind of incentives to hurry the sell out of BCV since SSR sales are about to begin?

Not generally - they only buy back when they think that DVC is being undersold - at $70 - they don't have a problem.

and yes - ask here - how many people are still on add-on list that may take a year to get what they want.

They are only adding extra time to SS to be able to sell it.

if the DVC resorts are selling at price that DVC likes on the resaler market - they will not buy back.

Where is the information about the new ending date for SSR? I am curious what the source is? (Not questioning it, would just like to see more).
