We currently own 3 contracts all at the same resort and all with the same UY. We are considering adding on 50 points at a different resort. Should we keep the same UY? I realize that witht the 50 points we won't be using the new resort except every few years with banking and borrowing. As far as I can caluculate, there is no way to take adavantage of having the 11 month booking window at a different resort and using our existing BWV points in conjunction. I don't think it can be done, right?

Correct - Points from different home resorts can only be combined at 7 month window. Even if you transferred for example your BWV points to a member with AKV home resort that member with AKV can only reserve AKV at 11 months using the AKV points; your BWV points would be used to reserve AKV at 7 months.

Thanks for the quick response. I am concerned that 50 points just won't be enough. Since we are happy staying at BWV maybe we should just go with the philosophy that we have a great place to stay and if we can get into X,Y, or Z, oh well! I thought we could sell one of the 100 point contracts but I just can't bring myself to sell one that we only paid around $60 a point for and then rebuy around $100.
