Just requested papers for BLT 100pt add-on (night before cruise promo ended) and the Aulani went on sale the next day for I think, less per point than the BLT add-on...$120pp for BLT and $114pp for Aulani? Does that sound about right price per point wise? Anyway, we bought into Kidani prior to it opening and we got matching points for use at SSR until it opened. Anyone who has bought into Aulani know if they are doing the same and what are the current incentives for it?

Aulani: base price: $114 per point
Incentives for add-ons:
25-49 points: No discount
50-99 points: $6 discont
100-124 points: $8 discount
125-249 points: $10 discount
250+ points: $12 discount

First points will be 2011 points, no 2010 points, no matching points elsewhere.

No "developer points" and no 2010 points.
First points are 2011 points with dues prorated to your use year.
If you purchase(d) at the July 1-7 promo event at Disneyland, 2012 dues are paid.

Well that is crummy. Anyone know what the dues are compared to the $3 and change of BLT?

Aulani dues for 2011 will be $4.31 per point. You would pay only for part of year because it does not open until end of August and dues would not begin before then and could even be later if your "unit" is not available until after then (which would likely be true to any units to which they attach a use year that is Sep, Oct or Dec)
