Add on question

We currently have 180 AKV and are considering a 25 add on at AKV and 180 at BLT. We are told we receive matching developer points over 100. Since we would be buying them together, only separating them for use of the 11 month window, would we receive 180 or 205 developer points? Also, would we be able to finance the entire 205 or do they split it into 2 contracts and force us to pay cash for the 25?

They are two different resorts, so two different add-ons. The 25 point add-on is not available for financing. I don't believe you get developer points for the 25 point add-on, since it doesn't meet the 100 point minimum for developer points.

for BLt add on up to 49 points no financing available, 50 and over can be financed. In order to recieve the incentives, dev points etc. I was told that add-ons for BLT have to be 100 or more points. Keep in mind the price is also going up 1/15 and the minimums will change.
