Add on question regarding UY

I have a Dec. UY and am thinking of adding on more pts. at VB. I was initially looking at resale but then lumping the pts. together may be more difficult so looking at the options. If I purchase through Disney now, I'd get the 08 pts, correct? What dues would I pay....from now until the end of the year or the whole year?
