Add on question and MS Thanks.

I just received my new add on points , Dec U/Y 2006 , I banked them into 2007 . MS was nice enough to reallocate my other points to free up 2007 points so I have the ability to bank them.

My question is , on the web site it says I have 45 points left for my Dec 2007 U/Y ( which we have not started yet ) and only 15 available to bank . Think this is a kink? If I have 45 points in my 2007 U/Y I should be able to bank all 2007 points into my 2008 U/Y , Right?

I want to thank MS for shifting around the points , saving me from losing or keeping from using any of this year points and being able to use them myself for future trips. THANK YOU

maybe they're still allocating the points in the system , so it shows this way for now!

The number of points shown in any given UY will include any points banked or borrowed into that UY, so they won't necessarily all be bankable. I would interpret the data this way: you have 15 native 2007 points and 30 "other" points that were either banked from 2006 or borrowed from 2008 and are not currently allocated to a reservation, for a total of 45 points. Only the 15 native 2007 points are bankable.

This makes sense . I'll have to call MS and see about it next week. I was told that my add on of 30 points would free up 30 points to be banked in 2007.
