Add-on Points showing, but not showing

OK - I just closed on a 40 point resale add-on. The points show up in the total point for the year, but don't show up as points available? Is this a glitch in the system, or does a cast member have to specifically make them available, or . . . ? Anybody know, or should I just call tomorrow and help them out a bit?

If you just closed you may not even be in the system yet, let alone updating the website info. It usually takes about a week after closing on a resale for the contract to be in the system.

It sounds as though you are in the system, since the points are showing up. It might be worth a call to MS to see what might be the situation. I suspect that everything is fine and you can use any current points in the resale contract.
