We are going from Feb. 26th to Mar. 8th, 2017. We just made our dvc reservations today (2 BR @ AKL Kidani). We are a party of 6; 4 adults, 2 kids.

It is possible that my mom will bring my niece and nephew with her (ages 13 and 8), but they are in school (we homeschool) and my niece is a cheerleader this year, so we don't know for sure if they will be able to miss a week of school for the trip. We won't know for sure if they can come until January, my sister said, for various reasons. My date to start making ADR's is Aug. 30th.

So- should I add them now? If they I do add them, and they don't come, will I have to call and redo all my reservations, or can we just let them know at the podium at each meal that we are minus two?

What do you guys think?

Yes add your maybes to any ADR. If you show up with out them you will not be charged. It is much easier to adjust down then it is to adjust up especially for the more popular restaurants. The only issue would be prepaid dinners like CRT.

This exactly! We are local and take groups often. It is much easier to accommodate parties with no shows than with extras.
