Hello All,

Does anyone know if you can add days to your park passes. We have 5 day passes and we are now going to be in the area for 7 days. (I have read the info about upgrading to annual but this will be our only visit this year).

Thanks

Yes, you can add days. You simply pay the difference between your current ticket and the higher one. You might want to think about an AP anyway, at least 1 anyway. Check blackout dates for your trip dates and see if it would be worth it. Remember that with APs you do get extra discounts. :)

Yup...just add it before the end of your last day (i.e. 5th day of your park hopper) and you can just pay the difference. But like PP suggested, you might want to look into getting APs, even if there is the tiniest possibility that you might be going back again within the next year ;)

As others have said, yes you can. However a few things to concider,
The longest ticket length DL sells is 6 days
You pay the difference in the price you paid for your 5 day and the ticket booth price of a 6 day

One other thing I would suggest is if you're positive that you're going to upgrade, do it when you get your pass OR OR OR wait until the evening to upgrade so you are not fighting all the lines...

We went to upgrade in the middle of the afternoon and it was chaos! Wait until the evening!

The only time you can't is if you are using the leftovers of a previous ticket that was purchased as a ten day non-expiring. Just thought I'd throw that out there if anyone was interested.

I think this info was worth repeating. Yes you can upgrade but only to tickets they sell. If they only have a 6 day pass you can only upgrade to a 6 day. The 7th day would be the price of a one day ticket.

DLR does not offer non expiring park hoppers, all park hoppers expire 14 days after the first use.

Evening was CRAZY when we pondered getting APs during this last trip. The line was posted as 40 minutes!! That was the main reason we didn't get them - figured it just wasn't meant to be. We totally should have though - we're going back in May! :rotfl2:
