add a link to a post?

Ok, can't believe I don't know how to do this? It was easy with aol, but I don't have that anymore! How do I add a link to a post? Or anything, for that matter? email? Thanks.

If you just straight typed out the address, for instance www.wdwinfo.com or an email address myemail@wdwinfo.com the board software automatically turns them into hyperlinks...I haven't typed anything special to get it to do that.

If I want to a name a link, for instance The DIS then if you look just above the window where you are typing your post, there is a button labeled "http" click on that and you get a pop-up window...put what you want to call your link in the box and click 'ok', then you get a 2nd pop-up, this is where you put in your web address. The process is identical for emails if you click on the "@" button. That's all there is to it...the board software will do the rest
