I have heard of people selling their Priceline reservations on eBay. What they do is add a name (the buyer's) to the reservation (you would need to call the hotel directly to do this) and when they check in they check in under the "added person's" name rather than the primary reservation holder.

I don't think that any of this is condoned by the Priceline website... but on the www.biddingfortravel.com forum there have been reports of success in selling Priceline reservations.
