Actors of the DIS..some help please

I want to create a demo reel of my DS14 and his stage performances over the past few years. The total demo will be less than 5 minutes long, but it will consist of 4-5 different performances.

Never having done this before, should there be an introduction? If so, should we film him introducing himself?

If any actors here have demo reels, do you mind sharing with me so I can get an ideaof how to set it up? Thanks for any advice.

There are plenty of awesome ones on YouTube, do a search on actor demos.

all the ones I have seen open with a shot of their headshot. They then go into the clips and then end with another shot of the headshot.. never any introduction beside that.
