Our activity booking window already came and went for our wish sailing in august but received an email saying my premium activity booking window is may 22nd . What the difference between the regular activities and premium activities? I’ve sailed before and never received this email before.

To my knowledge, there's no difference between a "premium booking window" and a "regular booking window." The activity booking window opens several months before the cruise, depending on Castaway Club status, and stays open until a few days before sailing. Platinum (10 or more previous cruises) guests can book at 120 days before sailing, Gold (5-9 previous cruises) at 105 days, Silver (1-4 previous cruises) at 90 days, and first-time cruisers at 75 days. Concierge guests are also able to book activities 120 days in advance.

Booking for first-time cruisers on the August 5 cruise opens on May 22. If that's your cruise, it is possible that you just received a message intended for first-time cruisers, even though you were able to book earlier as a previous cruiser.
