Activity Booking Time

Received the following from Disney:

As a SILVER Castaway Club Member, You Can Book Your Cruise Activities Starting 16:00:00 GMT-0800 (PST)

Am I converting wrong, going crazy, or did they just change from the usual midnight Eastern time zone to book activities?

Am I converting wrong, going crazy, or did they just change from the usual midnight Eastern time zone to book activities?

I may be adjusting incorrectly, but 16:00 GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) -0800 would be 1:00 am Pacific time. Maybe DST is messing things up?
