Can you think of activities (experiences, events, attractions, etc) that aren't listed on the Disneyworld website or that people really don't think about?

So far I have:

The Princess Promenade at Grand Floridian Everyday at 3:30PM
The Grand Floridian Mousekeeping Parade Fridays at 8AM
Kimonos bar karaoke at Swan and Dolphin
DisneyQuest
Garden View Cafe Tea Time at the Grand Floridian
Arcades at the resorts
Watch the geyser explode at Wilderness Lodge
Formal Pictures by Disney Fine Art Photography & Video
Hair Wraps & Henna stations throughout the parks
Visit Cinderellas horses at their Fort Wilderness home
Character couture makeup, nails, and hair at the Yacht Club salon
Grand Floridian piano and orchestra
Grand Floridian Mary Poppin's penguin fountain
Personalized parasol at Epcot
Personalized carved rings at Epcot
Personalized hand cut glasses at Arribas Bros.
Personalized fan at Mitsukoshi at Epcot
Blown glass ornaments at the German Village
Personalized heirloom quality portraits at the Beach Club

You’ve pretty much covered it, but DisneyQuest is gone now. Loved the penguin Mary Poppins fountain at GFV, so cute! You can also do horseriding at FW, not sure if that’s on the website or not. And inside the stable at FW is the Calliope that was used in DL back in the day, there’s a button you can press to hear it play music.

I didn't know that! See, I love gems like that!

If I recall, there were some old photo viewers (I don't know the name) at Boardwalk as well?

Sorry, not sure how I got into your quote above. I was saying that yes, I remember the old time crank movie viewer machines in BWI lobby. There were 2 of them I think.

That’s an ADR, not an activity, though.

As cute as it is, I can’t imagine going to GFV just to look at a fountain. :)

1) "Activities" include meals or dining most people don't think to do or experience.
2) Some people would make their way to the fountain at GF when they are there doing other things, such as enjoying the orchestra, the afternoon tea, meals, etc. And yes, its better in person. I mean, just because you've seen the Eiffel Tower or Pyramids on google doesn't mean you still may not want to visit them.

Not sure if it's listed or not but you can take a tour of BWI. Also the wine tastings at AKL, again not sure if it's listed.

I also recently found out about the daily Flag Family at Wilderness Lodge.

"Were"? Are they not there anymore?
I haven’t been there (boardwalk) in a while, so not sure if they’re still there or not. Just said “were” because I was remembering when I was staying there last. You know about Cinderella and Peince charming coming down the grand stairs in GF daily and dancing? My DD loved this, though only did it once when we stayed at the villas there (and I was lucky enough to see the penguin fountain daily :))

I also found these:

Fort Wilderness does a Search for the Golden Egg around Easter, they also do a mummy race around Halloween in which participants wrap themselves like a mummy in toilet paper and run and then their costume is judged at the finish line.
