Activities in HH

We will be in HH in July and I am currently making my list of must do's. This will be our first time in HH so all info will be appreciated. We have read up on the dolphin watch cruises and have basically decided on Commander Zodiac, does anyone have any info on cost? We would also love info on the best place to rent bikes and any experiences with horseback riding(we are novices). Any other info on anything else that we shouldn't miss will be greatlly appreciated.
