When we were there last we had already bought our park hopper passes before the new passes came on line. I am planning our next trip for 2007 (yeah, I know, obsessive planner alert) and wondered when and how do you activate your passes? We will be staying on site.

If they are not Annual Passes, just use them. You should have the actual ticket.
