Activating AP at DHS?

I’m going over to WDW for the first time in four years for just one night and want to activate my AP. I’m thinking I’ll go to DHS first. Is there an obvious place to go to activate my AP? I have some papers showing Florida residency, but haven’t yet changed my driver’s license to FL so I wasn’t able to do it online.

Thanks! About a week ago I decided to take an impromptu one night trip.

I didn’t realize it was a night that Neil Patrick Harris was a narrator OR the night before the opening of RoTR, AND the only non-party night at MK this week- so my plans have been modified a bit from “a quick stop at Epcot and a bop over to MK”, LOL.

I thought I’d go to DHS on Wednesday, and decide from there what I want to do. For Thursday, EMH at AK and then back home I think!

I believe there is also a guest services window outside the park entrance that you can use as well as the ticket booths.

There are Guest Relations just outside all WDW park entrances.

30 min. before any guests are admitted to the park.

7:30AM: If the park is scheduled to open (regular hours) at 9AM
7:30AM: If the park is scheduled to open (AM EMH) at 8AM
6:30AM: If the park is scheduled to open (regular hours) at 8AM
6:30AM: If the park is scheduled to open (AM EMH) at 7AM

Thanks! My latest plan is to upgrade to AP at Disney Springs on arrival night, but if for whatever reason it doesn't work out it's good to know I can get it done ahead of rope drop the next morning.
